Rates

  • Low Season (May 1 – Oct 31) One Bedroom $165.00 US, Two Bedroom $205.00 US
  • Christmas/New Year (Dec 21 – Jan 3) One Bedroom $205.00 US, Two Bedroom $225.00 US
  • High Season (Nov 1 – Spring Break) One Bedroom $195.00 US, Two Bedroom $215.00 US
  • Long term rates are available upon request
  • Rates include weekly maid service. Additional cleanings can be arranged.
  • All rates in US Funds, subject to change until booking confirmed.
  • 50% deposit required to confirm reservations. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • We require a $500 damage deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy: minimum 90 days notice required for 50% refund on deposit; There is no refund for cancellations less than 30 days before departure. 
  • We recommend trip cancellation insurance.
  • No smoking or pets are allowed.
  • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. These times may be flexible upon request.
